Dr. Milton Daniel Little is the founder of Burke-Little & Associates.

Over the last 30 years, Dr. Little has worked as a Teacher, Director of Admissions, Director of College Counseling, Headmaster, School Founder and Psychologist in Public Schools and Independent Day and Boarding Schools.

Dr. Little is known for his high degree of professionalism and his commitment to young people.  A member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association since 1998, Dr. Little has served as the Co-chair of the Learning Disabilities Committee of IECA. www.IECAonline.com.

Dr. Little has served on visiting committees to schools for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and has been a member of the North Carolina Association of Independent Schools, National Association of Independent Schools.  He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Learning Disabilities Association, the National Gifted Association, and the Orton Dyslexia Society.

Dr. Little received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, his Masters Degree in Administration and School Administration from Appalachian State University, his Non-Profit Management Certification from Duke University, Curriculum Development Certification from Johns Hopkins University, and PhD in Psychology from American University.  He holds Educational Licensure in Social Sciences, School Administration, and Exceptional Children.
